    Agreed, visual design, not bad at all--EXCEPT for that somewhat clunky, slightly overbearing "Magellan" logo up on top, which is then essentially repeated, needlessly and awkwardly, as part of the name down below. Simplifying or downplaying the logo/branding would improve the aesthetics considerably.

    Switching chords is about practice. The more you do it, the better you get at it. I find it helps to sometimes practice while watching TV - simply because it trains my hand to unconsciously move to the correct locations.
