    I have sugestted this over on Consumerist, and I will suggest it here. Fainting Goats were bred so that when a predator attacked a flock, their muscles would tighten up, they would fall over, and they would be picked off by the predators. This saved the flock and allowed them to live on. As Spock said, The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one.

    So we should breed fainting kids. When a kidnapper runs into a gaggle of children, they tense up, fall over, and are picked off, leaving the other children un harmed and unmolested. It's a win-win. #mamorino

    @GitEmSteveDave_Hates #DoucheDad: Or, we could develop miniature weather balloons that each kid could carry in their pocket. That way, when they are approached by said predator, they can fly away and later be recovered by the police in their family attic. #mamorino

    @Yuppers I love you, GitEmSteveDave: I also once had the idea of a small balloon which was remote controlled, so if you lost your child in a crowd, you could locate them. Then someone reminded me about ceiling fans. #mamorino
