    They need to make a more advanced version now. Get rid of the sticky notes and replace everything with a 5" touch screen. Then your calculator can write it's results directly to memory and you don't have to worry about running out of paper! The main problem I foresee, though, is that all the construction workers will be playing mini-solitaire all day long on hacked tape measures ...

    You won't have to worry about that. The battery will run out in 15min before that happens.

    @ripfire: Nah, you can just get the extended battery, which involves removing about 10' of tape.


    Wow, that sounds like a Microsoft solution. Get rid of useful functionality to put in relatively useless bells and whistles that have little to do with the primary function!
