Pricey perhaps, but worth it. Check out your estranged bro Consumerist's recent coverage of Timbuk2's awesome customer service: [consumerist.com]
If I needed another Timbuk2, I'd definitely look into this. I especially appreciate doing business with a company that wants to retain me as a customer -- and that other story shows that they actually care.
Really, Ginger? You carry 3D specs and old issues of Wired magazine when you travel? And multiple copies of Mac Life? There's this device... maybe you've heard of it: the Kindle. Sony's got a Kindle too.
the TSA became alarmed when i was in line braggin to my friends about my bag. i was telling home awesome it was and that it was the bomb. next thing you know i am on the floor with a size 10 boot on my neck.
I've got 2 Timbuk2's (a Medium Msngr and a XS) I love their bags. I may have to splurge on this for my trip to vegas. They have a travel wallet as well that I have in my eyesight.

"Sir, we require that you take your laptop out of the bag"
"Oh no, you see, this is a TSA compliant bag"
"Sir, I'm not here to argue with you, remove the laptop from the bag"
"But-"
"Sir, step over here for additional screening"
