    As far as the Microsoft tech support goes, when I got my RRoD on my launch-day XBox, I found there were two general call centers - one which was in North America and one in Eastern Europe.


    I think I've only gotten India once and that was for an XP activation code.

    @OMG! Chrismukkah!: MCP status is granted after passing one core test exam. For example, you could take the 70-270 (Installing, Configuring, and Administering Windows XP Professional) and be granted MCP status. However, to earn the MCSA cert, there are several more core exams, plus elective exams you must pass.
