    My ex-girlfriend tried to tell me a few months ago that the Killers were "way better than the Beastie Boys"...... Ex-girlfriend.


    Just had to share that after looking at that pic. I'll never forget that everytime I hear the killers or see them.

    @Sid1: What if everyone was singing the praises of the iPod? Would you cry bribery then?


    Sorry but the ZunePass is awesome. $15 a month (the rough equivalent of a premium album on iTunes) and I download all the music I want coupled with software that encourages finding new music. I can understand you being upset that Apple doesn't have a subscription plan but that's your sour grapes.

    The only real big problem with ZunePass is that it is possible to get too much music. I went on an "angry old man" music binge and have a whole helluva lot of Tom Waits and Neil Young to catch up on.

    @bmbnbs: The difference between Apple and MS is that when the iPod was Apple-only, it stifled the iPod's growth.


    Microsoft is nowhere near the point where it needs that last 10% of the computer market for market saturation.
