I wont include bing or windows 7 yet but I have pretty low expectations for both

Vista: largely considered a failure. Major features over previous OS -> a new gui, not a business value
Office 2007: Despised by businesses, look at it like this; for over a decade, users were presented with a similar Office interface. Then Microsoft introduced the ribbon. With absolutely NO way to provide a similar interface to the toolbar. For businesses, this equals productivity loss while users adjust to a new interface and increased training. Oh, and please, tell me what major compelling features were added?
live mesh: please. This is a rip off of Apple's Mobile Me, and a very poor one at that. Many other similar services exist and many are arguably better.
how about:
Hypervisor: total crap in comparison to existing virtualization technology, just benchmark it.
IE8: still slower, and less standards compliant than any other major browser out there. (Firefox, Opera, Safari)
Windows Mobile 6+: falling farther and farther behind the alternatives, so much so that most manufacturers now add their own apps on top to try and keep up with alternatives (android, rim, iphone os)
Silverlight: do we need another flash, really? How about HTML 5? Oh, that's right, Microsoft still can't render HTML 4 and javascript properly... (See IE acid test scores)

Obviously you're just spouting the opinions of an frothing at the mouth apple fan boy. Nothing you said was objective at all.
Vista: Is considered a failure, but only because they let their competitor exploit their weaknesses. Many people will tell you they are happy with it. I run it on my MBP, and it's good. Win7 is better, but what ever.
Office 2007: I don't really care about office. I need it for work. Thats it.
Live Mesh: I guess everything has to be compared to apple. Live Mesh is free. MobileMe costs $99 per year (or so). End of story.
Hypervisor: you're probably right.
IE8: Yeah its still a POS.
WinMo6: Probably right.
Silverlight: Sorry, but Silverlight beats flash hands down. Silverlight isn't a technology for the end-user. It's a technology for the developer. I've done Flex dev and I've done SL dev, and SL is so much better there is no contest.
