    And I assume it will also be powered by pixie dust. Maybe it will have a resolution of 38000x25400. And how about a processor capable of 20000 GFLOPS and a SSD with 15 petabytes of storage.

    @Jrsy Devil's Advocate: Apple are never going to make a computer that looks like it costs $500. They probably won't ever release a computer for $500. But netbooks don't have to cost $500 - just look at the Sony Vaio P-Series. That's basically a netbook and costs at least $900. If Apple can do it for $800 it becomes their cheapest laptop and it's cheaper than the Sony. I'd buy it.

    @craig_16: The MacMini was under $500 so that should be "They probably won't ever release a netbook for $500."
