    Any HDMI cable sold via retail, at Target, Walmart or anywhere else is a scam. $30 for a cable I can buy online for $5.

    Just because its HDMI it's marked up dramatically even though fundamentally it's no different than many other inexpensive cables.

    And if you go for the supposedly higher-end stuff it gets insane.

    The monster in pic #1 is what the floor behind my desk looked like until very recently when I climbed under there to straighten it all out. I marked, disconnected and reconnected everything. When I was done, I had 4 cords left over that went to no where. They were not connected on either end. Everything is working, and I still havent figured out what they were for.

    Alright. So I was actually thinking of getting this laptop cause I recenlty broke my Beats (don't wanna talk about it) but I just found out that it doesn't come with Beats by Dre Studio edition or whatever. You know, the headphones everyone's thinking of. It doesn't come with those. It comes with the new Solo Beats which are like half the price and ON EAR headphones. Boo. I'll pass.

    I can't in any way trust electronic equipment with Dr. Dre. Last time I saw him, I was DJing at a pretty high-brow party, and outa nowhere, dude comes up, moves me out of the way, and puts a cold Dr. Pepper can on my turn-table. Got condensation all over it and shorted it out.
