    I wonder if that's for use on ramp exits only? Hmmm I don't think that's small enough to go out a side door.

    @UberJumper: never mind me, 1000' AGL is standard for ramp exits, 1200' for door (both non-combat of course).

    @poisonfist: I think you have that backwards. David Montague holds the patents. I bet they are virtually the same company. Both are located in Cambridge, MA .


    Civilian Gear also badged one of the Montague bikes.

    Oh, and I believe the official name for "Cammy Green" is actually Military Green. It is not Olive Drab though. How do I know? I'm making a computer case that resembles the W.O.P.R from WarGames, and I had to track down the different colors to come up with the best match.

    @noone1569: Is that the new CADPAT ones, or the old Woodland ones? That being said Olive Drab and Military Green ARE two different colors. Military Green is more gray than OD/OG-107.

    @MadAsFishGrease_GitEmSteveDave: You mean all of those military models I painted as a kid that said to use "Olive Drab" were misleading me? I spent hours accidentally getting high on paint/model glue fumes while innacurately replicating WWII military equipment.

    @Yinzers Are Celebrating the Stanley Cup: Well, in the old days, OD WAS a component of camo. But since like the 80's, they have been updating it to be more gray than the standard OD.

    $800 for a bike is not that bad actually. My Specialized's frame alone was like $1,100, but it's super light and strong.

    @AmphetamineCrown: My bike looks like something I dug out of a 2nd hand shop (though I've seen some great race bikes in a few), but the quality of the components warrants the price.


    @valkilmerisawful: My uncle's a huge cyclehead, and has a dozen pricey bikes hanging by his front door, all of which get ridden. His "baby" is currently a titanium home-built that took $10k to complete.

    @Kaiser-Machead: @Kaiser-Machead: my old roommate was out riding his bike and got hit by a car. after a broken bike and collar bone he collected a good chunk of cash and then spent well over $10k on his next bike, too.


    my dad still has my old huffy hanging in his garage which he asked me if he could sell to make space. i told him to try and get $25 for it.

    BUT you should never let a girl buy you a drink. B/c a friend of a friend of mine took a drink from a girl, and when he woke up, he was in a tub of ice. And there was a phone and a note which read.....
