T3 got an exclusive review on the Motorola Cliq—in Europe, Dext—and they seem quite impressed. They go as far as saying it's a "new dawn" for Motorola. Here are the basic points:
At last, Motorola got a top class operating system for its smartphones: Their new Motorola Cliq uses Google's Android, packing 3G, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, GPS, 5 megapixel camera, and a new social networking-oriended user interface/service called Motoblur.
HTC kicked it off with Sense, and Sony wasn't far behind with Rachael. Now Motorola, with their upcoming "Blur" social-networking-centric Android interface, has confirmed the trend: plain vanilla Android is a thing of the past.
