I actually think this looks pretty nice, kind of reminds me of a form factor I wouldn't mind seeing in a new iPhone, not necessarily that weird little techno-chin on the end there, but a super slim keyboard slide out would be nice for those times when touchscreen (at least non-haptic touchscreen) just won't cut it...
...also, anyone else think they should get rid of that hideous red button and make one that fits into the rest of the design? Seems like it's just kind of plopped on there.
@Parentmk: Yeah, what's with that red button. I actually think the one from the link from yesterday looks much better overall. I also wonder what that port is in the front. Kind of looks like mini-usb i guess

Is that a new, old, or just different android build on there?
None of my icons look like that. Camera, camcorder, contacts (looks like the iPhone one actually) calculator. I assume if there were more then 'c's on the screen the others would look different too.
Looks like they're generally cutting down on buttons for android too. Both this one and the Sony phone have cut down to three buttons (what is the first one for that matter? Menu?). I wonder if these are all donut things.
And in recent news, Sanjay Jha, last seen gnawing on tightly rolled bundles of 20 dollar bills, has announced that the Duplo sets he keeps under his desk will be part of the inspiration for the new design direction of Moto's handsets. When asked about the availability of the new phone, he promptly tossed his gnarled cash, and told us to "step off".
The rumor at one point was that either this phone or the samsung "bigfoot" were going to be gaming centric phones. That could be what they're aiming at with the large 4 way pad on the left.
