Combine this with small keyboard and pointer device, add in a USB hub, and I'd buy it at this price just to be able to work on a computer without having to drag out a monitor and keyboard. Makes picking up a case for repairs a million times easier.

I wonder why tilt screen monitors aren't more popular. Back in the 1990s I had a Radius tilt monitor on my Mac Si and loved it. I'd love to be able to tilt my 19" widescreen monitor when viewing web pages. And my video card supports vertical orientation already.
