    @freecajunlove: Now that I think about it, I was soooo spoiled. We had 3 Commodore 64s, but that was because my dad didn't want my brother or me getting on his... Come to think of it, my big Christmas presents were always PC upgrades.... I miss voodoo cards

    The idea that any of you actually have girlfriends confounds me, to think you're actually going to have children.

    I'm not gonna hate on the kids getting all excited over presents, but I will hate on the shrill gleeful squeals and abrasive jubilation that tear through my mind like a razor-coated Tasmanian devil on acid, with that horrible cheeseball soundtrack of "YES! A WII..A WIIIIIIII!".


    Actually, some of the kids are pretty funny, and it's actually kind of fun to give kids stuff for Christmas to watch em go nuts over it. It's hard to judge whether or not they're brats based on just one moment of watching them swoon over their present. It would seem to me that a spoiled brat gets stuff like this all year round, and would give a less favorable response to what he or she is given for Christmas. I've seen it happen, and while it's not as annoying as kids punching air and shouting "YES" over and over, it sure pisses me the fuck off a bit more.
