A couple of weeks ago, a ten second clip called “Bruce Lee's secret training video,” featuring someone looking like the famous Kung Fu master completely owning at ping pong with a pair of nunchaku, was uploaded to the Chinese Internet. Now, the entire clip is up and... it's a Nokia ad! For a Bruce Lee version of their N96! I guess with the rising middle class already getting jaded with traditional marketing, companies in China are starting to embrace virals. Still, in terms of ads, Nokia seems to have hit on a winning formula. I can't think of many things I love more than Bruce Lee, ping pong and pwnage! [Youku]

News of the European debut and pricing of Nokia's anticipated N96 slider cellphone stirred up debate about its cost: but now it's nearly here in Best Buy and yes, that $800 price tag is intact. That's clearly just for the phone, naked and un-contracted to a provider, but it's a massive amount of cash—half as much again as an unsubsidized Blackberry Bold. Nokia's much rumored, much anticipated N96 slider has just had its debut—in Europe. It's on sale for €550, or around $798 (yes, this is obviously the unsubsidized price—before tax, too). Nokia Prepping New E-Series Phones

Nokia is planning on delivering the long-awaited N96 and a group of new E-series models to the market sometime in the 3rd quarter of this year—with the E66 and E71 models coming as early as next week. Naturally, details are scarce, but both devices are expected to feature GPS, a 3.2 megapixel camera and 128MB of memory. [Reuters]

Nokia N96 Rendering Looks Fake, But Interesting

GSMhelpdesk.nl has some renders of what could possible be (but probably isn't) the Nokia N96. These renders show a 3.2-inch, 16 million color touchscreen display, a dual-sliding QWERTY keyboard, and a one-way sliding dialpad keyboard. There's also a 6-megapixel camera on board, with 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth 2.0. What's really cool about this rendering is the dual-sliding keyboard—the major thing that's missing from the current Nokia N95 models. (Notice it works upside down?
