After sitting outside for 20 years, the spaceship model of the Nostromo from Alien was in rough shape. Hell, an entire possum skeleton was discovered in its interior (and no, the possum wasn't the victim of a chestburster*).
The Belkin n52te SpeedPad set the bar for one-handed gaming peripherals that looked like they could control alien spacecraft. It's successor, the Razer Nostromo keypad, maintains the look, and it's been updated to support more instantly-switchable keymaps and gaming profiles.
To be honest, I'm sad and disappointed that there haven't been more watches inspired by the Alien spaceship before. But the Cabestan Nostromo was clearly worth the wait. It's even got crystal windows on its sides.
