I just hope this doesn't get all uppity like KITT did.

SteveDave, your constant watching of YouPorn has shot up the CPU usage, and overheating is inevitable.

Are you guys sure it's not that shitty version with a back lit plastic surface that has a few pressure points to simulate fancy touch-screen. It's no better then those 90's hand held games from Tiger where the only thing color was the pre-painted background. If this is then it's cheezy :(

This is why the Good Lord made Speedfan. Or Alfredo Comparetti. I forget who.

Yeah, but if you have more fans than motherboard connectors....

@Saboth: Or a mobo that only has two pins and doesn't monitor the fans...

@dingus: I only say that b/c most of the computers in the SteveDave Network are Dells.

And if you have male and female controllers, she will always be turning the fan down and he will be turning the fan back up.

The category for this post is spelled wrong. Should be "accessories".

@grizgza: -or "assessories" as the case may be.

I built a PC that controls it's own fans.

I don't want to be that involved with fans.

I'm like a rock star that way.

@grizgza: Spelling and grammar errors should be sent to the author using the convenient links located on the left side of the page, and not in the comments. Authors do not check the comments regularly, but do check their mail.

@strider_mt2k: Some PCs, like Dells, don't like to be bothered with fan speeds and/or monitoring rpms.
