You can't fool me, Chen - the shading on that chart is far too soft and clearly was done with Office 2k, or 2k3. 2k7 not only sharpens the color degradation, it provides stimulating backdrops to draw your attention off of the meaningless data points used to create the inaccurate graph.

On a slightly more serious note, by pushing the release to 2010 will the be endangering any SA purchases in 2007? This could be a big money-winner for Microsoft if folks have to double down on Software Assurance to get the latest version. Knowing those Redmond softies, though, they would not dare do that to their precious customers.

It's quite alright. I'm forcing myself to get used to Office 2007. The one year delay should be sufficient for me to (a) get used to the UI or (b) give up completely and stick with Office 2003 forever.

And I know all about the 2003 UI add-on for 2007.

@OMG! Ponies!: 2003 UI add-on for 2007 rocks. I've never had to use those stupid ribbons...(have Office 2003 at work, and 2007 at home, having to deal with the two interfaces all the time would suck)
