    i am sure it doesn't make a huge difference, but it looks like the mic on the phone favors right handed users.


    the device doesn't look all too attractive, but the OS looks good. can't wait for the third phone with it to come out.

    I think they mean when you connect your pre to your computer to use as a mass storage device, which, to me, makes sense.

    @victorkruger: yeah that sounds reasonable to me. i could only imagine myself plugging in the Pre to put data on it. plus, even if it could take the call i wouldn't take it. who wants to use a phone with a cable attached to it. it's as akward as trying to use your cell phone with the charger plugged in.

    You would just unplug the phone. That's what I do with my iPhone 3G if it is docked and I receive a call.

    @OGHowie: Uhm, you don't get that option. THe Pre automatically routes the call directly to VM. No passing go.

    I talk to management, open web browsers, read e-mails, tend to tickets, ignore twitter, start Pandora, get a snack, clone a server, adjust file server quotas, read scripts out loud, test gameplay, stream media, deploy content...like a boss.

    I'm currently listening to MC Lars, reading Radius documentation, tweaking a firewall, reading Giz, posting to giz, tweaking Apache configs, tweaking MySQL configs, writing documentation, comparing cruises for vacation, and generally running flat out 100 mph with my hair and pants on fire.


    And they're OK with me doing that as long as the printer and internet doesn't break.

    @ryanbrenner: I can't tell if this is a serious post or not, but did you miss the word Edit in the title? You can;t create documents, you can only edit and save them. So for example you are on a business trip and you need to edit a file that you need you can, but not start off and make a new one.

    They took it off because they realized Macs are perfect, and they can do anything that a PC can do, but 10000x better, and at the same time, when you use a Mac, you save 3 children from starvation in Nigeria.


    Macs are just that superior to PCs.
