This thing would work perfectly to pack along on a day hike or even camping. Small and light, and enough room for 2-3 items. Plus, from the looks of it, it looks collapsible to some extent.
Pass. I cook pork ribs by the rack. And it's a long arduous affair involving standing by the kettle, brushing sauce on the ribs and downing Red Stripe.
BTW: Thanks a lot Andi. There's snow predicted here in the city, my radiators are hissing, it's dark outside, the grocery store is closed and now you have me wanting to make ribs.
@Cordfucious v 2.0.1: I'm Canadian: We grill year-round too. Mind you, that's at 20 below with a couple of feet of snow on the ground. Texan pussy... :-)
BBQ? I don't think these people understand the concept of a BBQ. A grill that size doesn't even register on the camp stove meter where I'm from. Texas.
