I could not sleep knowing these things were in my house....plotting against me in evil league with the monsters that already live under my bed. Thanks, No. #opensourceswarmrobots
I'm glad to see more posts showing the human side of technology.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to engage in a bit of gadget lust like everyone else, but it's really nice to see something with heart. And bonus: open source!
@Hobolicious: Wholeheartedly agree. I like to toy with gadgets myself, but I'm glad some people design technology for human needs rather than simple wants. I'm amazed that someone whipped up such a useful piece of machinery out of a mere 50 bucks; the greatest ideas always seem to be the simplest.
I felt truly happy that the man was given the ability to use his creative talents again, but also a tinge sad. The eye is no hand, and it's very difficult to emulate smooth strokes and curves through movement of the eye alone. This is mostly because the eye functions using saccadic movements, which are rapid, jerky movements in a single direction (try it yourself while looking at a blank wall--near impossible to move your eye smoothly). But like I said, I'm only a tinge sad since this can actually be overcome with a lot of training, which I'm sure this guy will be able to do. Humans have no bounds. #eyewritergraffiti

Spend less on war I say... or get cheap open source robo's to waterboard all of them. #opensourceswarmrobots

I wouldn't mind having an ever expanding army of nanite drones.

I love seeing instances when technology can make the disabled able. #eyewritergraffiti

Zach Lieberman spoke at a Swiss-Miss Creative Morning. It was mind blowing. I'm excited to start experimenting with OpenFrameworks.

You are joking right? Of course you can, Google.com is built lightly, simply and for all browsers.
However it is one of very few websites that work with IE6. face it dicktwag.
