I installed it and though I love the speediness, and the interface, I can't do without the ease of adblock plus. When they have that for Opera, I'll look into finally converting over.
Opera, or any other, would have to go a far ways to win me over from Firefox, which has proven fast, reliable, and with add-ons, more secure. I've been installing Firefox w/ WOT on every computer that comes into my domain. I tried Opera a few months back, but I'll need a few more convincing details before I try it again.
@PaddyDugan: Opera has always been substantially more secure than Firefox. Unless by "secure" you mean something other than number or scope of security vulnerabilities.
For me, though, Opera is simply more usable than Firefox. Opera's much snappier (particularly in terms of the GUI) and has real keyboard/mouse support (Firefox's extensions for such are extremely clunky).
If Chrome had ad-blocking (like Opera) and keyboard/mouse shortcut/gesture support (like Opera), though, I'd more equally inclined to go with Opera or Chome. I don't see Firefox ever getting as secure, snappy, fast, or reliable as those two.
@emag: Part of the reason Firefox appears to have more vulnerabilities is because Mozilla announces each one to the public. Most other browsers tend to hide most of them and thus look like they have very few.
