    I just want a option that prevents anyone from turning off my phone while it's passcode protected. what good will a password in settings do if all they got to do is turn off the phone to kill it.

    @snitch: I think that is needed incase the phone freeze up. I dont think any phone does that ?

    @PDSM: Every other phone can have the battery taken out if someone wanted to turn it off or restart it, passwords can't help that.
