Plus I am willing to bet the software they are talking about is probably not free to use off their site. As for windows CCleaner is free, and for mac (probably not covered by them, even though they are using ibooks and imacs on their commercial) OynX which is also free. But no matter what, even fully optimized if you computer is a POS then it will still be slow. If your computer is not so old, then upgrading the RAM or graphics card will get you where you want to be.
