Wait a minute? McCain knows how to use a blackberry? I thought he was still operating on one of these bad boys:

WHY did FOX have to get a hold of it? :(

I could only dream of what the Inquirer might have done.

@Overheal: I'm glad the inquierer didn't get it. They don't deserve to have their private info exploited because of a mistake.

@mares: why not? Everyone should have an equal oppurtunity to have their private info stolen. Politicians are people just like every(other asshole)one else.

insanity. with lack of regard to confidential information like that, we can all be thankful that obama and his staff were voted into office.

@cloudnine: Right, because every story that makes John McCain's campaign look inept definitely doesn't apply to any other form of government.

People, this stuff happens all the time, it's not just exclusive to this year's Republican canidate and his campaign. A year ago, the government in Milwaukee, WI sent out letters to thousands of people with their full social security numbers printed visibly on the things. Then they did it again a few months later.

So, yeah, this sort of beurocratical oversight can definitely apply to any form of government just about anywhere at any given point in time. And of course Obama might be just as guilty, but no one will call him out if and when he makes/has made this sort of mistake.

@UsamahHamilton: Regardless, McCain is still an old bastard of a man who doesn't understand anything about modern day civilization and should be put in an old folks' home.

@cloudnine: So I take it from your post that you think Obama does all the tech stuff in his campaign. If a staffer in Idaho has a problem, they send it to Obama to fix, as he is a techno wiz?

@Tietsu: And this my friends, is an example of a Straw Man and also a Red Herring. They are both logical fallacies. At no point did Tietsu's response answer my questing. It instead dodged it.
