once you beat a psp game, how often do you replay it? I bet never. So a rental system may work, because you can always get fresh games for a flat price

it pays to have foresight...have two 500GB external HDDs just for my PS3s. All ps3 content (PSN movies, internet borrowed movies, music, porn and games) are all backed up on the externals using the backup utility. All this means is that I can actually use content direct from the external now. Better later than never, Sony...

now about that US rollout of Ad Hoc Party...

Is there some kind of restriction that keeps bluetooth keyboards from working while playing games that would force you to use a wired keyboard that I did not know about?

just glad this wasn't an April fool's joke...but I was pretty sure when there was no bozomodo invading the pic. More features are always good, if they make sense...there are so many more things I would like to see, but in game chat is a pretty nice add-on.

In reply to The PSP to Feature the World's Largest Comic Book Store?
This actually appears to improve comic reading in some ways given the way it navigates. It might not be a "must have" game, but it seems like a pretty compelling feature.

Didn't see it on the linked blog post, but are the shows gonna cost .. money? That would be r-tarded. Because, you know, NBC has them on the webby web already.

In reply to Sony Considering Official, Non-Playstation Emulators for PSP
Hopefully this doesn't just end up meaning that old PC games are ported to the PSP. Getting some old Sega IPs on the PSP might be possible, but it's going to be hard to get Nintendo to budge now that every game in the Nintendo library is a possible candidate for Virtual Console.

    Late to the party, Sony.

You know, that party you locked everyone out of so they went and started their own?

    LOL

@strider_mt2k: I'm sure that if this was done well enough and the variety of games available was wide enough there would be plenty of people who homebrew that would be willing to give up the pain of flashing the firmware and updating their homebrew software all the time for a legal game that they can just pop in the PSP and play without having to worry about Sony blocking it.
