Possibly the fakest (most fake?) image attempting to be real that I've ever seen.

maybe it will just stream XBLA games from the 360 ala remote play with a PSP?

Discrepancies: The top and bottom images have a dark chicklet in the middle, below the screen. The presentation image does not. Also, Steve Balmer's head in the presentation image (directly below the white copy on-screen) isn't sweaty enough.

Clip that on your belt if you want to make sure you'll never talk to a woman again.

@Bobby Woods: I agree, it looks real because only MS could design something so ugly... look at the Xbox...

@aussie: Haha. Man...Did they specifically ask the designers to design something that was "ugly, 2002-ish, and reminiscent to the first Xbox"?

    I'll pass...

What exactly does "analog stick attachment" mean? The PsP's biggest limiting factor right now is that it has only one analog stick. I'd hate think MS would be stupid enough to copy that limitation.

Humbug and complete and utter poppycock, my good lad. Now see here. You think that Micro-soft will just go backwards to their old "Zune" design with the cockamamie fake metal bezel for their new doohickey, whatwhat?

    Nonsense, dear boy.

To me, seems that competing with Nintendo and Sony in the handheld arena is a bit pointless now, as it would take a hell of a lot of oomph to top the time-killer status of the DS, and emulate its home-based counterpart a la PSP. I imagine that many titles that people would want to have on-the-go may not even be developed for it, just like we'll never see any version of Gran Turismo on the PSP anytime soon, we won't see the likes of Forza on an XBox Portable. Also, what media would they use? Some proprietary disc like the UMD? Would it be a flash drive that hooks up to an XBox or PC? Cartridges? It's not as much a no-brainer as some would let on, I think.

The Zune is Microsoft's portable Xbox. The real question is will the Zune's gaming capabilities be limited in an MP3 Player-based structure, or will the Zune be physically expanded in the future for more explicit gaming?

@TheHeeyyy: You know.... :\ ... just because you say it is doesn't make it so. It does however establish an assertion that makes it possible to make crazy follow up statements.
