"On this week's 30 Rock, we found out Jack's (or Jack's designer's) choice of computer," -- Yes, and it's a Mac. The microwave oven designer is using a PC, but Jack uses an iMac - as seen earlier in the episode and in the background of that screenshot. #30rockwindows

it's possibly one of two things (or both)
1 - 30 Rock has always been pretty up front about product placement
2 - it might be to highlight the differences between Jack and the rest of the characters - Jack = corporate, everyone else = hip, artist types... #30rockwindows

While the show is terrible, I loved the part where "Any Way You Want" started blaring through the phone.

I have expected Rodney Dangerfield to jump in and start doing a funky kick dance.

So, the iPhone owner is a complete douche that says and does completely unnecessary things, thinks he's so high and mighty, but ends up dead?

Well, sounds about right to me.
And no, I don't watch CSI...

I have an iPhone and live in Charlotte, but I just went to a conference in Las Vegas. I get OK coverage here in Charlotte, but Vegas it was almost nill. I had to leave the conference, exit the building, place my call and slowly pace around one corner of the Mandalay Bay Conference Center Employee parking lot so my call would stay connected.

AT&T can barely complete a call in broad daylight, how that guy got reception in a tunnel UNDERGROUND I'll never know.

My favorite moment was last season when Laurence Fishburne had a DSLR camera in a bag next to him, but used the iPhone camera to take crime scene photos.

@bigPixel: Ha. You think every single lighting, camera angle, and dialogue choice isn't intentional in TV shows? It's almost impossible to read too much into any big-budget production. For every minute of footage you see in a show or movie, there was anywhere from one to several hours of planning that goes into what that shot looks like.

    They're reading into it...because it's there.
