<![CDATA[Smartfish Pro:Motion Keyboard Has Motors To Stop Carpal Tunnel]]> The Pro:Motion Keyboard goes one step beyond regular ergonomic keyboards by incorporating motors that shift both angle and separation between keys throughout the day in order to prevent you from getting carpal tunnel syndrome.

There's a total of seven different "stations" that it cycles through, and only costs $130—not too horrible for a fancy keyboard. Seeing as regular ergo keyboards are proven to work at lessening the painful effects of typing too much, even if the motors don't work, you'll still have an ergo keyboard. <![CDATA[Microsoft's J Allard (Xbox 360 and Zune) Gets a Promotion]]> J Allard, who most recently helped give the Xbox and the Zune a really, really good user experience has gotten a promotion to "Chief Experience Officer" of the Entertainment and Devices devision. The E&D devision, for those of you who don't know, encompasses Xbox, Games for Windows, Mobile Communications (including Windows Mobile), Zune, Connected TV, Microsoft Surface, Mac Office, Microsoft Auto and Windows Embedded. Now that Allard is essentially going to have his fingers in all these pies, you can expect a Zune/Xbox 360-level of UI polish that projects like Windows Mobile haven't seen before. You can't see it, but we're doing a fist pump now. [ZDNet]

<![CDATA[Sony Offers Free PS3 With Purchase of an HDTV in the US]]> Just a few days ago we learned that Sony Australia would dish out a free Playstation 3 with the purchase of any Bravia 1080p LCD TV. It appears that Sony has now expanded the program to include the U.S.—albeit with a few "minor" changes. Unfortunately if you want to score this deal in the States you have to apply for a Sony Card in addition to purchasing a select Sony HDTV. So, if you were in the market for a SonyCard, a Sony HDTV and a PS3 you are golden. Better hurry though, the promotion ends on Dec. 31st. [Sony Thanks Stephen!]

<![CDATA[Seeing Red? Here's Why]]> bloodypaintjob.jpgWe've sold out. We'll be covered in Slingbox Red for the next few days, and you know what? We kind of like it. We're thinking this red tide may have something to do with those three Slingbox versions that were officially announced yesterday.

Thanks for the beer monies, and the paint job, fellas. I hear changing blue to red on websites takes gallons and gallons of paint.

<![CDATA[Netflix To Offer Sneak Preview of Fall NBC Shows]]> Taking their Youtube show promotion to the next logical step, NBC's going to add a sneak-peek for two of their new fall dramas to Netflix. If you're a Netflix subscriber, you can watch the pilots of "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" and "Kidnapped" up to six weeks before the premiere, shipped to you on a single disc.

The promotion starts August 5th and goes until Sept. 17th, around the time the shows hit your TV. These discs are most likely going to be in high-demand, so unless you're lucky, get used to seeing "Very Long Wait" next to it in your queue—something most subscribers are probably accustomed to already.
