US customs has cleared Vizio in an ongoing patent dispute with Funai, meaning that they will be allowed to freely ship their HDTVs into the US once more. -

Despite the U.S. Patent and Trademark Commission ruling in favor of Vizio over an antitrust and unfair competition lawsuit, the U.S. International Trade Commission reversed that decision and blocked all import shipments of Vizio displays. -
