    I've been thinking about this for many years, and usually as I drift off to sleep. It would have to be retractable-extendable mechanical arms. That way, I could roll over on my side in bed, retract the bottom arm into my shoulder and not crush or force it into an uncomfortable position. Even better while snuggling with the GF, doncha think? As long as I can retract the arms into my body, they'd have to be able to extend back out, right? Well, why not have them be able to extend out to twice the normal arm-length. That way, I could reach all kinds of things, and if I ever needed to take weight off of a leg, I could use them in place of crutches. Easy peasy. I want the arms of Bender Bending Rodriguez, basically. #thiscyborglife

    I would like nanomechanical machines implanted in me that will give me super strength, antigravity, enhanced/laser vision, and enhanced hearing while harnessing the power from Earth's yellow sun.

    Then I'd change my name to "Boom Headshot" and get revenge on all the 12 y/o kids who have been killing me in FPS games for years.

    I think computer-assisted total recall for all 5 senses would be nice, provided that I'd have 100% control over it. Any less than 100% control and it may as well just be schizophrenia. #thiscyborglife

    Cyberbrain. All other cybernetic enhancements would be useless without one. You'd also potentially be able to bypass eyes/HUD with just this.

    eyes/HUD would be my next choice. #thiscyborglife

    I want the Matrix-like ability to have knowledge instantaneously loaded into my brain, eliminating the slow, boring act of "learning."

    Barring that, I'd like some form of enhanced vision, with permanent 20/15 vision and some form of useful HUD. #thiscyborglife
