A group of people who've bought new iPhone 4s in China are claiming that they're actually refurbished iPhones. Their evidence is that the warranties, which typically last a year for new phones, only had warranties as little as 6 months.
Best Buy's relationship with Apple is getting even closer now that they are joining AT&T as third party distributors of refurbished iPhones. These phones will be returns less than 30 days old and sold at prices that are $50 less than new models. [PC World]
