The first computer I used was an IBM mainframe. 250K memory in data-platter stacks, if you were lucky. :)

Let's see....I started with no memory on my Apple IIc. I then jumped to 160 mb on my Performa 475. I then went to a 5300cs, which had 500mb, and was stolen. That was eclipsed by my Powerbook 1400cs which boasted a 750 mb hard drive. The 1400 was succeeded by my current G3 which had a 6 gb hard drive.

Then there's my Dell, which has over two TB of storage.

Can anyone tell me if that computer there had a turbo button? If only WOPR had one.

@OMG!StopItWithNASA!_GitEmSteveDave: The turbo button was this holy grail that I never pushed. I had no idea what it did, but with the wild imagination of an 8 year old, knew that it could be terrible.

I still wish I had one. I would push it everyday.

@jessedybka: I think someone was selling a computer w/one on Craigslist the other day. Giz did an article on it...
