Porsche has kicked out cellphones before: but none so capable as the upcoming P'9522. It's a butch but sweetly-minimal design flip phone, with a rotating screen, and it's just got its FCC pass so it should be on the way here soon. Among its many features, it sadly lacks 3G connectivity, but the rest—including on-board GPS—almost make up for that.

• Quad-band GSM, with GPRS and EDGE
• 2.8-inch touchscreen display, 400 x 240 pixels
• 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash
• Internal GPS
• Wi-Fi
• Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP
• Media player functions
• FM radio
• 2GB memory card included in the package
• Talk time: up to 240 minutes
• Stand by time: up to 300 hours
• 115 grams
• 112 x 49 x 12 mmOh, and it does have a fingerprint sensor aboard too, so you can protect your data in the case of casual theft. All that tech, design and the Porsche name means it carries a bigish price, though: somewhere between $750 to $800, apparently. Still, if you can afford a "real" Porsche, this is just a drop in the ocean, right? [Unwiredview via Navigadget]

<![CDATA[Sagem Porsche P'9521 Hands On (Verdict: Nifty)]]> We're jealous. The guys at the Brit division of Crave got their greasy paws on that gorgeous Sagem Porsche P'9521 cellphone we showed you the other day. Making us feel even worse is the fact that they liked it a lot, writing in their dignified-sounding British way, "It's not just a piece of rubbish with a Porsche logo on it—it is in fact a rather nifty clamshell handset."

One of the pics showed us something we didn't realize before—you know that highly visible Porsche Design logo on the lid? The numerals on its outside screen are displayed in a similar typeface. That's a cool detail. Our major complaint about the phone is its outrageous $1634 price. [Crave UK]

<![CDATA[Sagem Porsche P'9521 Cellphone Looking Good in Amsterdam Grope Session]]> The Sagem Porsche P'9521 cellphone has resurfaced after its initial intro we showed you last June, and this time there are clean and sexy pics along with some first impressions from LetsGoMobile. The phone will be available sometime before Christmas exclusively at The Phone House for a Porsche-like price of €1200 ($1685). Egads, that would be a helluva Xmas present. The Amsterdam grope revealed a "tight, stylish design based on aluminum and glass," and the phone was said to have a "beautiful design." See for yourself. Even though it's thick and heavy, its spec list is otherwise fairly standard. But weeee-doggies, check out that cellphone porn.

• Not the thinnest cellphone in the world at 91x48x18.4mm (3.6 x 1.9 x .72 in)
• Heavy at 140 grams (4.9 oz)
• 2.2-inch AM-OLED screen (good energy saver), 262,000 colors, 320x240
• 3.2 Megapixel camera, auto focus
• Fingerprint reader
• Records MPEG4 video
MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, and iMelody 1.2, Midi, Wave, AMR NB [recorder and player] and WB [player]
• Bluetooth, but no 3.5mm audio jack

<![CDATA[Sagem My Dual Radio 700 Crams Internet, Terrestrial Radio in Small Box]]> The Sagem My Dual Radio 700 may look small and puny on the outside, but inside it packs quite a punch. It can do Internet radio via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, FM radio and MP3 playback via an integrated USB port. It includes a nice, minimalist design, big LCD screen, remote and funky speaker for a good radio package. It supposedly won't exceed the €150.00 price tag, which equals out to $200.

<![CDATA[Sagem Bluetooth Headsets Are Tiny, but Not Quite Fashionable]]> Although wearing Bluetooth headsets like this Sagem one all the time is useful if you're taking a lot of calls, not even Apple's design can make you look truly cool while doing so. That's why you really shouldn't care what you look like and focus on comfort and performance.

We can't vouch for how comfortable this thing is—the earpiece looks pretty decent and the body is pretty small—but it does get up to 5 hours of talk time and 100 hours of standby time. But until we get our hands on one and test it like we did the Aliph Jawbone, there's no way to say whether it's worth buying.

<![CDATA[Sagem Bluetooth Headset: Listen To Calls and Music, No Wires Needed]]> Sagem has a stereo Bluetooth headset on the loose that allows you to toggle between listening to music and taking that important phone call. The over-the-ear style of the headset may seem a bit excessive for just listening to crystal clear cellphone conversations, but once hooked up to a digital music player, you'll begin to appreciate the it all the more thoroughly. It's rated to last for seven hours while fully on and 150 hours while on standby. The headset should run you around $97.

<![CDATA[Sagem My700x Special Edition Phone]]> sagemmy700x.jpgWorld Cup, smworld cup. Tennis a real man's (or woman's) game. To commemorate the French Open that took place over the past couple weeks Sagem launched the Roland-Garros French Open phone. Because the French Open took the world by storm Sagem is introducing two updated versions of this handset and labeling it the My700x. It will be made available in pink and white or brown and blue. It is really the same thing as the Roland-Garros phone spec wise, but it is just less tennis-y and more color-y. It has an MP3 player, 1.3 megapixel camera and FM radio.

<![CDATA[Sagem MyW-7 Multimedia Cellphone]]> Sagem announced the MyW-7, a mobile handset that has two cameras that can be switched between during video calls. It has a 176x220 display with 256K colors, and one of its cameras is dedicated to video calls at VGA (300k pixels) resolution. Making it particularly well-suited for live TV is its 3G/UMTS compatibility that spits out the data at a quick 384KB/second, and lets you hook up the phone to a laptop for instant Internet access. It can also be synced with web-based e-mail services. You'll never have to hang out at the office again.

<![CDATA[French GSM Phone in US]]> sagem_my_400x_cell_phone.jpg

Never really heard much about the French cellphone company Sagem, but it looks like its my400L GSM phone was just approved by the FCC to arrive here in the US. A candybar phone with Bluetooth and a camera placed on the left instead of centered (not sure how many MP), it includes a mirror for taking self-portraits and an interesting "Flight mode" which lets you use it without the SIM card, like a PDA without the calling functions. Supports GPRS and comes with an integrated WAP 2.0 browser as well as J2ME games, Calculator, Converter, Alarm, To Do and Timer. No price just yet.
