Yes we have all seen Terminator...its getting boring already (the robot uprising concept, not the movie).
Can't we have a little more utopian-thought to balance all the cliche dystopian jokes? #scarab

Sure the design is nice. Very elegant and stylish, but in all honesty, there is something about the way she just describes things, that really irks me.
Almost like shtuff is just being thrown in a pile of broken dreams and hope, with a hint of lies.
I suppose I could be a designer too: "I want a robot with arms. Two piles of office paper are place near robot. Robot then grabs paper, make neat little balls of paper then litters. Scarab swoops in and detects that robot has just littered. Scarab then ask robot to put down the paper, and gives the robot 20 seconds to comply. Machine guns pop out of comparment in back of Scarab. Robot starts flailing arms up in the air, like he just don't care. Scarab robot then empties out whole barrels of bullets. Scarab realizing he just littered, self destructs."
See? Is that easy. On a separate note, I'm being a grumpy scalawag. #scarab

It doesn't need to be aerodynamic or super-curvy or anything like that. It needs to be functional and reliable.
I'm tired of designs that are always form over function. An emphasis on function can lead to some very beautiful forms.
Instead we just get chairs, lamps, and electrical plugs made to look pretty and enviro-friendly. It's the designers who create better water-filtration devices, shelters, and other large problem solutions that truly impress me. Anyone can make a cool looking chair.

Holy shit on a stick. You just made me realize something that blew my socks off:
My avatar is actually from the cover of a fantastic DiscWorld novel by Terry Pratchett called.......The Fifth Elephant. I had come up with the name a while ago after seeing The Fifth Element movie, but I completely wasn't conscious of the connection when I chose that specific elephant as my avatar.
Wow. I feel like I just looked through myself with a mirrorscope or saw infinity or something like that.
