Wow, the Google doodle is now Cookie Monster instead of Big Bird (as it was yesterday). Good call Giz!
Also, can anyone tell me why they're doing Sesame Street multiple days in a row when it started November 10, 1969? Or are they doing a whole week? #cookiemonstergooglesong
So great...Google needs to do something with this, at least acknowledge it. Nice posting spree today Rosa, gj. Back to back to back posts. #cookiemonstergooglesong
@Rosa Golijan: No offense to the others, but you're arguably the best Gawker editor/writer that I've seen on any Gawker site in a long time.
Which is a high mark, when you consider some of the quality writing from your Gizmodo, io9, Gawker and Lifehacker colleagues. (Yes, there are good ones on the other non mentioned Gawker sites, as well.)
Your articles are thought provoking, come from many alternative topics that still follow the premise of technology (and tech meme) and they don't read nearly as boring as an employee's manual (or something).

@Digo: Pshaw, way to have confidence. The only difference will be that I'll have trouble getting through doorways as my head will be too big. #cookiemonstergooglesong

Cookie Monster was up for Australia and Malaysia when Big Bird was up for America.
In the UK they celebrated the 20th anniversary of Wallace and Gromit though.
You can check out [www.google-logos.com] if you want to see all of them. #cookiemonstergooglesong
