    @IH8M_SteveDave: I am not so certain. "IEEE 1394 Solderer" just does not have a great ring to it.

    @Necroposting_SteveDave: I had one of those cold heat soldering irons that heated up instantly when the tip was touched to a contact, I hated it, the gap between the prongs made it neigh impossible to do fine solder work.

    @jackfrost132: Exactly, so get one that runs off the 30 volts or so Firewire uses!
