    I use Vista Media Center in my HTPC, and yes, it has gotten a lot better. But it will truly be great once cablecard readers are available to end users.

    I'm still using a damb composite signal to record because I can't just to clear QAM, and those damn Hauppauge HD-PVRs are not supported by MCE (or H.264 isn't, or whatever). BAH! It makes me and my 1080p TV so angry!

    I'm not a sports guy, but that sounds like the best part of the thing. Wish they'd do that with, like, something nerdier.
