It still wouldn't be natural... if you twist the meaning of the word, sure, it is natural in the sense that it is real tissue growing, but the tissue that is growing was put there through unnatural means. That's my take on things at least. They would feel and look natural, but yet they would be fundamentally unnatural. I think. I'm just rambling now, so I'll stop. #stemcells
@Daver73: Real. But gained through artificial means. That's what I was trying to say above. Steroids are an unnatural way of making something natural. #stemcells
Neopec is a nice name but I would have gone with TattyTech or Melonium Pharma or Hooternomics or Funbags LLC or Jugzyme or BioBazookas or Advanced Airbags or Bristol Milkshakes Squibb.... #stemcells
There is also the carrying of aromatics out of the beverage through the carbonation, as per the recent articles on champagne bubbles. (e.g. [www.guardian.co.uk]). This only refers to bubbly, but I would be rather surprised if the same principle was not at work in other carbonated beverages. After all, beer and cola are full of aromatics as well. #gizmodoremainders
Wait so nobody felt the need to post about the baby nearly dying because it wasn't 'gadget-related' enough for Gizmodo, but you jumped in with a BREAKING article about a balloon flying away? And then posted 5 more articles about the most retarded hoax ever, even though it didn't have any "cellphone-related mayem?" #gizmodoremainders
@G-Ram: the balloon is actually a really cool gadget (er...was). Apparently once it was filled with helium there was a small electrical current applied to parts of the outer skin to help it navigate. I have no idea of the physics of it all (or even if it would work, since this guy is a bit weird as it is) but that's the story.
Whether or not giz knew that at the time is another thing. I think they just wanted to get a bit more site traffic :) #gizmodoremainders
Wait so this baby stroller video doesn't end with, "Just kidding, the baby was not actually in the stroller and was hiding in an attic" ? #gizmodoremainders
@madog: You should read some of Ray Kurzweil's stuff, according to him, and the mass amounts of evidence he's compiled in technology growth, we'll have this type of stuff in the next 40 years. The catch is you just have to stay alive long enough to enjoy it. He seems to think that after scientists finally perfect nanomachines(which isn't too far off) technology will advance like crazy.
But does it also give one a rugged American tough-guy accent, and the ability to do a fancy song and dance number with Beyonce while remaining endearingly masculine?

I'd consider the last option, because like Showgirls, it's a movie you need to watch over and over, and lend to friends because it's so.....There are no words.
Also, a little known fact. The Timmy/Jimmy fight from South Park was taken scene for scene from They Live.
