    I beta tested fyreTV and it was pretty nice, but I really hate it when videos are mis-categorized. nothing like fast forwarding through an hour video looking for that specific shot to...uh...damn I really need to learn when to stop posting.

    @Brodka: Stealing is the wrong word to use. If it's a free site, it's a free site. If you circumvent some protection to a paysite to get their content, THEN you're stealing. If everyone stayed home and waited for a movie to come out on cable, the movie industry would suffer. Doesn't mean that you can't wait for it to come out on cable. Right?

    @Kaiser-Machead: The same reason you start paying for software: you grow up. I know that the profit margins are high in porn (and in software), but if you are consuming media, then pay the people who made it. And using a service like this just makes the whole experience less of a hassle.


    I mean who gets into a "porn-suitable situation" and says "hold on baby while I get my laptop so we can stream some free amature porn from RedTube"?

    @xbinflux: "Grow up" is sort of a strange way to put it. If I don't put much value in the premium, and can live with the "hassle" of the free alternative, then I don't see what "growing up" has to do with it. I read (and comment) on Gizmodo more than I'd ever look at porn, so I guess it's a moot point. I guess I'll cut a check to BLam, since I consume this media more than I even watch TV. Unless the software is as ad-ridden as a lot of websites, this is sort of a moot point. I watch hulu in lieu of regular television: I don't pay a cent for that, since it does not require payment. I do pay for the internet service however, and my viewership creates ad revenue, so there's always that :P
