    I think it opens up some creativity. Have you seen those sushi that look like pandas and stuff? Instead of figuring out how the sushi will look like decomposed before you rolled it up, you can compose your sushi first, then roll around it.

    I'm pretty sure I've seen an automatic sushi roller before.


    I can't tell if it's completely at odds with Japanese culture, or the kind of thing that you'd expect the Japanese to invent. Or both.
