    It's Blackhole Friday. The deals are difficult to detect, except for traces of hyperbolic radiation. However, if you get too close you'll get sucked past the Sales Event horizon, where your budget will be stretched thinner and thinner, until not even your credit can help you escape the massive sucking force. #targetblackfriday

    I don't know, that 32" TV and those external hard drives look mighty tempting to me... and that XBox 360 bundle might be good for the folks that missed Wal-Mart's special last weekend. #targetblackfriday

    Prices have been low at most retailers for the past year so I haven't been too surprised to see these kinds of deals coming out.

    Hell, Macy's for example has serious deals going on if your a guy. I basically paid 30% of what I would have (needed jeans) had I bought these same items a year and a half ago.

    @UnderLoK: Yeah, I picked up a pair of $70 designer jeans for $15 the other day because the store had decided to cut back on the number of brands it carried. Too bad they only had one pair in my size though.

    @Lite: hates Illinois Nazis: I always loved the term "Designer Jeans" as a signifier of superiority. As though other, lesser, jeans merely evolved haphazardly and are struggling to survive in a rapidly changing, harsh department store ecology. #targetblackfriday

    @zeroprime: #zeroprimeowns: Perhaps, but with a lot of legwork, a thorough study of the jeanome (in various pockets of the world) shows an evolutionary process. It would be a unseamly waist to hem and haw over the issue. Of course, most people don't cotton to debates over the evolution of jeans. I say, zip it, and let the scientists button it up. #targetblackfriday

    @En0s1: I've bought season 1 thru 3 of House during each of the previous years at Target, and the good thing is they raincheck DVD's, so if it's out of stock, you can still get it. I like House, but I won't pay full price for something I can watch for free. I will pay a nominal fee to hear why it's not Lupus.

    And also, the RoofCoffeeCup is full of awesome, so of course he's starred. #targetblackfriday
