    It's already been stated plenty of times on here, but I'd also like to go on record as saying that I have always received great support from Newegg. The few issues I've had have been DOA parts, for which Newegg has always issued a prompt RMA and sent me a replacement.

    Wouldn't a support forum mainly consist of people, I don't know, looking for support for some kind of problem they are experiencing?

    Personally I have nothing but good things to say about Newegg and their customer service and yes I did post my one resolved issue on the product page way back when if you're wondering.

    The tag cloud is misleading at best but hey at least they're honest.

    I can only assume this is due to a "for those who like this sort of thing, this is the sort of thing they will like" dynamic of a complaint forum. NewEgg has always been a good, reliable, speedy method of getting electronics for me.

    Perhaps it would benefit their automated system a bit more if I were saying this over at this site, maybe? Heh heh.

    Those experiences are not the norm. It does look like it is a problems forum, so I would expect it to be bad things in the tag cloud. To me that just says that they acknowledge that customers cna have bad experiences and are trying to help people find like bad experiences to resolve it quicker.

    I, for one, have yet to have a bad experience with Newegg and feel it is one of the more reputable and reliable sites out there.

    Now, you say the scroll bars work, and that's true, but moving them doesn't do anything. I was hoping that each one would represent how far along that number is from changing (if it's 1:30:00, 1's scroll bar would be halfway down, but all the other numbers would be right at the beginning).

    Something else I like in this vein -- [the389.com] (though it only really works well in Chrome or Safari).

    @Platypus Man: now THAT is cool!

    Question in regards to both sites; I'm assuming these are actually scroll bars and not just fancy scripting with some graphics? Cause that'd be easy to do ... actual scroll bars not so easy to do.

    Can't test with OS/browser either, cause the graphics could be dynamically set depending on these factors ... and most code and right-click functionality can be altered server side :( I need answers!

    @iheartpie: I use a custom XP skin (XPMC Compact) and the clock showed the correct scroll bars , so it's definitively using actual scrollbars and not just emulating them with graphics.

    @tawnieknight: I'd stack my 10 yo blendtec up against just about any other blender in terms of build quality and, especially, motor performance. The vitamixes tend to weigh in heavier, but have less power. Of course, my BT is older, and it seems like the gap in target audience has narrowed...
