    Now, for your garden variety shithead, this will work fine.


    I'm probably going to buy a dozen for all points of entry into my house (yes, I'm a paranoia case).


    Way I figure it, 110db is enough to get me out of bed. As I'm fond of telling the alarm guys who try and sell me monitoring... my response time is roughly however long it takes me to get out of bed plus 1,000 feet per second.
