    Why does everybody in the US hate tofu? Tofu is friggin' awesome!

    Maybe if you stopped eating that stuff at disgusting vegan restaurants, and hipster faux-asian eateries, then you would actually appreciate the subtle qualities of proper tofu. Those types of places usually screw up in the preparation of tofu. It's not supposed to be eaten completely raw. It's supposed to be served as an addition to a meal, and adds texture to soups and stews.

    Might I suggest going to a Korean restuarant and ordering "Dooboo Jigeh" (tofu stew)? I guarantee that you'll like it.

    Also, that chair looks delicious. Pass the soy sauce. :D #tofuchair
