I'm sorry but how effing fast/far is someone going to be able to swim that we actually need to get one of these, if someone is deploying one of these puppies from a boat (most likely to narrow down area in which swimmer is) why not just get your boat over there, and if it is from the coast, good luck at actually finding something, this whole idea just seems really stupid, unless michael phelps is a terrorist, I think we will be ok.
