On one side you have a toilet and on the other, a urinal. The toilet rotates between the two at the press of a button and self-cleans with steam and a UV light bath. So you are getting both a urinal and a toilet in a single, compact unit that not only cleans itself, but most likely would result in cost savings with regard to water usage.
