It grabs the latest rates every time you launch the app from our server (which are grabbed from yahoo every 30 minutes or so).

Still, this might be worth it for the sex appeal alone. Probably not for me though.

For example, when I'm motoring around the outskirts of Paris in my '64 Mustang (with its speedometer calibrated, of course, only in MPH)*, all I want to know from a speed conversion is whether or not at "x" KPH if I am speeding. I don't also need to know, nor do I want my display cluttered with, additional irrelevant info like feet per second or nautical knots.
You can still get that kind of conversion from this app, but you would dial it up as called for by the situation. And that's how it usually is desired.
*Of course, in this specific scenario there are NO speed limits 'cuz I would clearly be in a total dream state where fantasy sets no such limitations.

BIG WIN!
Very, very nice interface. Fun. Clever. Intuitive. I even give it a "WOW!". Thanks for the heads up, John! And thanks to the developer for making this!
Speaking of the developer, as soon as I hear back from him that, in lieu of the 99ยข purchase price, he will accept my generous offer of 127 S&H Green Stamps books for the app, I'll erase the bit torrented version I just downloaded...

It's very important that I know before I decide to purchase this.
