T-Mobile Eliminating Handset Upgrade Fee |

1. Do NOT activate your new phones through AT&T's website. Of our three phones, only mine activated correctly. My parents were left without cell service for a month, as AT&T scratched its collective ass while they were re-applying the free upgrade to our account.
2. Do NOT get any Samsung phone that is offered free w/ contract. They are all garbage. My friend has had two, "free" Samsung phones in the past few years, and they are both terrible. Disconnects, shut offs, errors, you name it.
I have what should be a somewhat decent phone, and I'm amazed it was free. Media player, Bluetooth, 3G capability. However, it seemed to be a going-out-of-stock model, and I got screwed on the Bluetooth headset I was supposed to have received. Now, the battery can barely hold a charge after a day, and has a habit of restarting itself. Aside from its capabilities, this phone is the worst I have ever had.
