@discounteggroll: Agreed. I make sure all the PCs I build for myself and my parents/sisters have onboard Firewire. Firewire rocks, kicks USB 2.0 in the arse for transfer speeds. The two newest PCs have eSATA but haven't had a chance to actually buy an eSATA drive. Still got an old WD or two kicking with Firewire. The USB ports on them are pretty lonely.
You dont want this if you have a kid (or in my case not even then) since they will see it and say MINE and nab it and it will be gone forever to float lost in the bottom of the toy box.
@cuttothechase: It actually sorta looks like a naked smurf wearing a halloween mask. Either that or a completely yellow man wearing the hooded-onesie from hell...
What could the thing on the bottom left be? Its pretty small for a flash drive. Its pretty small for anything really. I was thinking it might be for an IR mouse or something like that but the one I have is bigger then that.
@Captian_Caveman: I have the Kensington version, but I haven't opened it. And yeah, that's exactly what I figured it was when I spotted it. Different brand, of course, since the little flange around the end is shaped differently.

It's probably a bluetooth adapter... I have one very similar to that.
